Bu seride, W 108 kodlu 250 S\/SE, 300 SE; W 109 300 SEL (100 mm uzun dingil mesafeli) sedanlar imal edildi. Serinin coupe ve cabriolet modelleri ise \u00f6nceki g\u00f6vde W 111 olarak \u00fcretimde kald\u0131. 1968 y\u0131l\u0131nda, S-s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 Mercedes\u2019lerin modellerinde motorlar daha g\u00fc\u00e7lendirildi.  <\/p>\n<p>250\u2019lerin yerini alan 280\u2019lerde, 2778 cc (169.5 cu. inch) M 130 motoru kullan\u0131ld\u0131. Karb\u00fcrat\u00f6rle 140 beygir olan motorda enjekt\u00f6rle 160 beygir g\u00fc\u00e7 ve fazla tork elde edildi. Bu araban\u0131n 3.5 litre motoru (3499 cc) 200 beygire kadar g\u00fc\u00e7 verebiliyor ve saatte 130 mil (210 km) h\u0131z\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kabiliyor. S-s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 Mercedes\u2019lerde deri koltuklar, darbe giderici teleskopik kolonlu haval\u0131 direksiyon (Power steering), haval\u0131 frenler, \u00e7ift korna, \u00f6n kap\u0131 i\u00e7lerinde cep, arka kap\u0131larda k\u00fcll\u00fckler standart ekipman olarak verildi.   <\/p>\n<p>Otomatik \u015fanz\u0131man, servo fren ve s\u00fcrg\u00fcl\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131labilir \u00e7elik tavan (sun roof) i\u00e7in ise ek \u00fccret \u00f6deniyordu. <\/p>\n<p>Ataman ailesinin s\u0131k kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu Mercedes\u2019in g\u00fc\u00e7 aktarma donan\u0131m\u0131, boyas\u0131 ve d\u00f6\u015femeleri m\u00fczenin \u0130stanbul\u2019daki tesislerinde restore edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
