Performans\u0131ndan dolay\u0131, 190 SL\u2019e 4 silindirli bir otomobil demek \u00e7ok zor. 80 mil (128.7 km) h\u0131z ile s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde son derece rahat. Bir galon (3.785 litre) benzin ile 16-20 mil (25.7-32.2 km) yol yapmas\u0131 da, 1440 kg a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki bir araba i\u00e7in hi\u00e7 de fena de\u011fil. Sert tavan, deri d\u00f6\u015feme ve Becker Mexico radyo ile, 1961 y\u0131l\u0131nda roadster\u2019in fiyat\u0131 5,750 Dolar\u2019\u0131 buldu. Yat\u0131r\u0131m i\u00e7in \u00e7ok iyi bir koleksiyon arabas\u0131 olarak kabul edilen, Amerika\u2019da Mercedes distrib\u00fct\u00f6r\u00fc Max Hoffman\u2019\u0131n giri\u015fimi neticesi tan\u0131nan ve sat\u0131lan bu 190 SL, 1993 y\u0131l\u0131nda Almanya\u2019da d\u00fczenlenen m\u00fczayedeye \u0130sve\u00e7\u2019li sahibi taraf\u0131ndan s\u00fcr\u00fclerek getirildi.  <\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcze taraf\u0131ndan ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn sat\u0131n al\u0131nan roadster, m\u00fczenin \u0130stanbul\u2019daki tesisinde tamamen restore edildi.
