Sir Henry, 1931\u2019de rakip Bentley\u2019yi sat\u0131n ald\u0131. 1933 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, amblemdeki k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u201cR\u201d harfi siyah renge \u00e7evrildi. Phantom III, 12 silindiri ile 1935\u2019te, Wraith da 1939\u2019da tan\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131. Sava\u015f sonras\u0131, 1946\u2019da ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131lan Crewe\u2019da imal edilen ilk Rolls-Royce, Silver Wraith oldu. Onu, 1949 y\u0131l\u0131nda, sadece yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na pazarlanan ilk fabrika g\u00f6vdeli Silver Dawn (standart Bentley salon g\u00f6vdesi ile) takip etti. Kraliyet de, 1949\u2019dan itibaren, d\u00fcz 8 silindirli Phantom ile resmi olarak Rolls-Royce kullanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Silver Cloud I, 1955 Nisan ay\u0131nda, 6 silindirli 4887 cc motor ile tan\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131. Otomobillerinin sadece \u015fasilerini imal ederek g\u00f6vdelerini tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f firmalara yapt\u0131ran Rolls-Royce\u2019da ilk kez Silver Cloud, John Blatchley taraf\u0131ndan tasarland\u0131 ve \u201cStandard Saloon\u201d g\u00f6vdesi yine ilk kez fabrika taraf\u0131ndan imal edildi. 1959 sonbahar\u0131nda m\u00fczemizdeki Silver Cloud II, tamamen ayn\u0131 d\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f fakat Rolls-Royce\u2019un ilk kez kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 6.2 litrelik V8 motor ve General Motors\u2019un Hydra-Matic \u015fanz\u0131man\u0131 ile tan\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131. Silver Cloud II\u2019nin uzun \u015fasili \u201climousine\u201d versiyonu Park Ward, Drophead (convertible) modeli ise 1962\u2019de H.J. Mulliner g\u00f6vde firmalar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan imal edildi.
